POSTAGE PROCEDURE AND INFORMATION:
We mail all first class mail at the lowest possible presort discount that the mail qualifies for each day. We require one month postage in advance, and one month postage in your reserve account for all accounts. We cannot mail without postage money. Postage will be billed to you once/month in anticipation of your postage costs. Postage money is in an escrow account and is reconciled after each and every mailing. You will be given regular reports with your postage account usage and balance information.
NEW NCOALINK ADDRESS CORRECTION SERVICE:
Smart Source Healthcare Communications utilizes the new National Change of Address
technology developed by the United States Postal Service. This capability searches
all address record changes placed with the USPS over the last six months and
then supplies us with the updated records so that we can help you maintain up-to-date
address files. This service helps you reduce mailing costs and increase speed-of-payment
on your patient billing.
